Power Generation Services and Resources Pty. Ltd. was established in August 2007. Since that time we have developed and refined our provision of Personnel, Logistical Support, Project Support and Tooling predominately in the Field Service Industry.
PGSR’s service is based on a combination of industry experience and enthusiasm, which is demonstrated on a daily basis. Our Management Team’s focus is “Seamless integration into the fabric of our Customer’s outcomes”.
Our Personnel work alongside some of the world leaders in Field Servicing. PGSR Personnel apply skills and knowledge that are highly cost-effective in their maintenance and logistical support roles.
PGSR has an extensive inter-personal network stretching globally, enabling us to expand our resource and knowledge base as required. Familiarity with site requirements, industry standards and local knowledge enables us to have effective input to the logistical requirements of mobilising personnel and resources.

PGSR’s Management Team
Glen Hutchinson (Managing Director)
Glen is responsible for the daily operations of the company along with business development.
Steve Sheppard (Director/Senior Engineer)
Steve provides our major link to our inter-personnel network. Steve also retains in-depth technical knowledge in the Field Service and Defence sectors.
Meg Howie (Administration)
Meg has delivered a breath of fresh air to our administration at our office located in Port Kennedy Western Australia. Meg has extensive experience in coordinating engineering personnel from her previous employment with WMC and BHP Billiton. Meg is responsible for payroll, data collection, accounts payable amongst other duties.
Matt Brook (Project Manager/Coordinator)
Matt has a trade background of mechanical fitting and refrigeration, allowing him to understand our personnel’s needs first hand. Matt is currently working out of our NSW office on the South Coast.
